Hello, I’m Anna, a somatic practitioner based in Berlin, Germany.

After growing up in Bulgaria, I moved to Germany to study architecture and urban planning (2001–2009) and spent more than twelve years teaching and working in these fields. My path shifted in 2021, when I discovered the transformative power of somatic bodywork and embodiment.

Across all my work—whether in spatial practice, education, or somatic facilitation—I have been dedicated to supporting creative self-expression, relationality, and the ways we inhabit space, body, and experience. Including embodiment as a central part of my methodology became a natural continuation of this journey.

Today, I support people in radically accepting their unique way of navigating reality and in cultivating a life rooted in agency, connection, and belonging within the ever-changing flow of life.
